Barefoot running is very different compared to what you usually do when running in shoes. You may have heard or seen something about this thing called barefoot running but wondered what it was all about. Well in a recent January 2010 study in Nature author Lieberman looked at what makes bare foot running so different from shoe running. Was there a real benefit to barefoot running compared to using shoes. Well looks like there is.
