Quite often a patient will come into the chiropractic clinic and tell me they have a pain between their shoulder blades. They’ll want to show me where the pain is by touching my back because they cannot reach the painful area on their own backs. The patient will usually say the pain can be a burning ache or a sharp pain that catches their breath. So today I thought I would talk a bit about the symptoms and what can cause pain between the shoulder blades and what can you do to try relieve the shoulder pain yourself today.
