I came across an article in Science Daily discussing the use of mindfulness training in US army recruits going to Iraq to help them cope with the stress of war. To be honest I had never heard of mindfulness training before this article. Definition of mindfulness is: a mental mode characterized by full attention to present-moment experience without judgment, elaboration, or emotional reactivity.
